About Prime Computers, Dwarka

Prime Computers is a laptop, computer and printer repair centre based at S8a Malik Plaza, Plot 5, Sector 4, Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi 110075. We are a walk-in shop with our own workshop and our own technicians — not a call centre that forwards jobs to freelancers. Whatever comes in, whether it is a software problem or chip level board work, is handled here.

What we do

We repair laptops and desktops, service inkjet and laser printers, refill cartridges, and supply accessories and spare parts. Upgrades are a large part of the work too: fitting an SSD and adding RAM often revives a machine its owner had already written off, at a fraction of the cost of replacing it.

How we work

Three things stay constant on every job. Diagnosis is free, and if you decide not to go ahead there is no charge. You get an estimate before any work begins, and nothing proceeds without your approval. And every replaced part carries a written warranty, printed on your bill along with whether the part is genuine or A-grade compatible.

We repair at component level wherever it is possible. If a charging port has failed, we replace the port — not the whole motherboard. It takes more skill and more time, but it is why our prices sit well below an authorised service centre.

Doorstep service across Dwarka

Pickup and drop are free everywhere in Dwarka. Software work, upgrades and cleaning are usually done at your home or office; anything involving the screen or the board comes back to the workshop, collected and returned at no cost.

Offices, clinics, coaching centres and shops across Dwarka use our Annual Maintenance Contracts, which cover scheduled servicing, priority response, printers and networking at a fixed monthly cost. We quote only after a site visit.
